• Heavy/Oversized items may be charged additional due to weight and dimension.  The customer will be notified as to the additional charge.
• Orders will ship out UPS Ground unless UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Service, UPS Next Day Service or Orchard Store Pick-Up is selected.
• We ship to physical addresses in the United States ONLY.
• Orders will ship out within 4 business days, Monday through Friday providing all provided information is verifiable through our fraud division.
• We do not ship outside the United States.
• We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday,  New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
• Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped UPS Express Service and may be assessed a surcharge of up to $30.00 in addition to the UPS Express Charge.

Local Pick-up is available at the Orchard Store,
Monday through Friday, between 10:30AM and 5:00PM.  Only the card holder may pick up merchandise and will need to provide an imprint of the credit card, with signature, and photo identification. Customers will be notified by phone or email that their order is ready for pick-up.
